Planning
If you have wonderful vision, but feel like it's completely out of reach - you have no idea where to begin or how to get started- or you just simply wish to be pampered; let us lasso the moon and pull it down for you! We work together with you both to create a solid foundation for your planning timeline, budget, and ideas-
we can be the Monica to your Rachel and the Chandler to your Joey.
We take a limited number of Partial & Full Wedding Design Clients a year,
due to our wish to maintain our high level of quality service.
We have created separate pricing for the weekday and weekend events,
with all budgets in mind.

A La Carte
Pre- Event Day of Coordination Package Additions
These Services are Paid For At Time of Service-
- Draft Ceremony and/or Reception floor plans- $50 per or $75 for both
- Additional Consults, during package- $75 per hour
- Full Wedding Planning Software Unlock - $30 per event
- Wedding Planning Software Tutorial Consult - $35 for a Zoom Call Tutorial Walkthrough
- Rehearsal - $200 - Typically consists of 2-3 Mock Ceremony Runthroughs.
Rehearsals can only be accommodated MON- THURS. 413 Events cannot accommodate weekend rehearsals. Some exceptions will be made for out of town events. Downtown/ Parking Compensation will apply.

Day of Event Additions
More Coordination Time - $200 per hour (Max - 10 Hour Day )
You can add more time to customize your Coordination package to your needs.
Set Up and Tear Down:
We have three levels. This is in addition (cost wise) to your Day of Coordination or a Partial Planning Package.
Level I: Supervision of your Chosen Team
( included in all Day of Coordination and Partial Planning packages)
Level II: Assisted Set Up and Tear Down
( Two team members. This is only an option for events with an additionally hired, professional vendor team for set up and/or tear down. This option cannot be utilized with non-professionals.)
- Assisted Set Up & Tear Down Your DECOR- $1000
- Only Assisted Set Up $750
- Only Assisted Tear Down $500
Level III: Unassisted Set Up & Tear Down (413 Events Team Only)
- Ratio of Staff is 1 per 40 Guests.
- Set Up & Tear Down Your DECOR- $2000
- Only Set Up $1500
- Only Tear Down $1000
WHAT THIS IS NOT:
THIS IS NOT a Chair/Table Set Up Service OR a Cleaning Service. That is done by an event staffing company. We do not offer that service at this time.
WHAT THIS IS: Up to 3 Hour day of event package addition for a complete set up and tear down. Arrive up to 3 Hours prior to the Guest Arrival Start Time. Minimum Time Allowed for Set Up is 2 Hours. 1 Hour of Tear Down service- gathering of rentals, placing personal decor into couple provided storage. Includes set up: Ceremony location decor, Reception tablescapes, any signage, special tables ie. Guest Favor table, Seating Charts, etc.
Travel within the Pacific Northwest- WA, OR, ID
Local Travel: over 50 miles from Federal Way, WA.
50 mile radius is included. Over that, travel fees are assessed.
+Exception to this is any downtown area venue ie. Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia; where street parking is metered or paid lots/ valet use are expected. This is a separate fee from the package price.
+ This estimate will cover: Gas estimate, Per Diem per day per 413 Event's staff member, and a 2 night in-state minimum hotel stay, event date & location dependent, at a 3 Star Hotel or better- which we book and show receipt of payment for; will be needed. This is a variable cost, due to higher potential seasonal and/or occupation rates.
Additional applicable fees that are event dependent: coverage of Resort Fees, round trip ferry fee, and/ or Parking Fees.
We will discuss this at your Get To Know You and your Booking appointments, if your venue applies and will give you a formal estimate.

- 49 other States of Amazing Adventure are waiting for you. We would absolutely love to join you. All you have to do is ask.
- We LOVE TO TRAVEL- we will discuss your needs/ location/ season of the year, get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.
- Price will be completely dependent on location, peak seasons for that area of the world, our schedule at time of booking, and potential travel expenses for the team.
+ Travel Fee estimate will cover: Gas estimate, Per Diem per day per 413 Event's staff member, and a 2 night in-state minimum hotel stay, event date & location dependent (Outside of state - 5 day Minimum or Outside of the US - 7 day Minimum) at a 3 Star Hotel or better- which we book and show receipt of payment for; will be needed. This is a variable cost, due to higher potential seasonal and/or occupation rates.
Additional applicable fees that are event dependent: coverage of Resort Fees, round trip ferry fee/airfare/rental vehicle ( for outside of PNW states/ and outside the US), and/ or Parking Fees.
