These Services are Paid For At Time of Service-
Rehearsals can only be accommodated MON- THURS. 413 Events cannot accommodate weekend rehearsals. Some exceptions will be made for out of town events. Downtown/ Parking Compensation will apply.

More Coordination Time - $200 per hour (Max - 10 Hour Day )
You can add more time to customize your Coordination package to your needs.
Set Up and Tear Down:
We have three levels. This is in addition (cost wise) to your Day of Coordination or a Partial Planning Package.
Level I: Supervision of your Chosen Team
( included in all Day of Coordination and Partial Planning packages)
Level II: Assisted Set Up and Tear Down
( Two team members. This is only an option for events with an additionally hired, professional vendor team for set up and/or tear down. This option cannot be utilized with non-professionals.)
Level III: Unassisted Set Up & Tear Down (413 Events Team Only)
WHAT THIS IS NOT:
THIS IS NOT a Chair/Table Set Up Service OR a Cleaning Service. That is done by an event staffing company. We do not offer that service at this time.
WHAT THIS IS: Up to 4 hour day of event package addition for a complete set up and tear down. Arrive up to 3 hours prior to the Guest Arrival Start Time. Minimum Time Allowed for Set Up is 2 Hours . 1 Hour of tear down service- gathering of rentals, placing personal decor into couple provided storage. Includes set up: Ceremony location decor, Reception tablescapes, any signage, special tables ie. Guest Favor table, Seating Charts, etc.
Local Travel: over 50 miles from Federal Way, WA.
50 mile radius is included. Over that, travel fees are assessed.
+Exception to this is any downtown area venue ie. Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia; where street parking is metered or paid lots/ valet use are expected. This is a separate fee from the package price.
+ This estimate will cover: Gas estimate, per diem rate to cover meals, and a 2 night minimum hotel stay at a 2 or 3 Star Hotel- which we book and show receipt of payment for- will be needed. This is a variable cost, due to higher potential seasonal and/or occupation rates. We will discuss this at your Get To Know You and your Booking appointments if your venue applies and will give you a formal estimate.
