The Concierge Wedding Experience
Every moment of your wedding event experience,
hand tailored to fit you, your VIP's & your guests.
We manage and plan everything for you- budget, emails, guests, invites, all of your events, sourcing unique decor and all vendors- and so much more.
We attend all appointments, either with you or on your behalf
( at 413 Events' availability )
All vendors are heavily vetted and hand selected for you,
based on your personal preferences.
Be as involved as your schedule allows.
The entire process is a guided, easy walkthrough for the client who appreciates the handcrafted, pampered wedding experience.
3 Pre-Wedding Events Planned & Coordinated- Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Weekend Welcome Event
We are extremely selective with the Clients that we accept for this package.
We take 1-3 Clients at this level annually,
due to our desire to maintain the finest quality of service.
Curated Wedding Design
Investment Begins at $28500 or 15% of your Wedding Budget.
Clients' Typical Wedding Budget for this Package begins at $185,000+.

A La Carte
Wedding Coordination Package Additions
- Additional Virtual Planning Help during package- $100 per hour
- More Coordination Time - $200 per hour (Max - 10 Hour Day )
You can add more time to customize your Coordination package to your needs.
Travel within the Pacific Northwest- WA, OR, ID
Local Travel: over 50 miles from Federal Way, WA.
50 mile radius is included. Over that, travel fees are assessed.
+Exception to this is any downtown area venue ie. Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Olympia; where street parking is metered or paid lots/ valet use are expected. This is a separate fee from the package price.
+ This estimate will cover: Gas estimate, Per Diem per day per 413 Event's staff member, and a 2 night in-state minimum hotel stay, event date & location dependent, at a 3 Star Hotel or better- which we book and show receipt of payment for; will be needed. This is a variable cost, due to higher potential seasonal and/or occupation rates.
We will discuss this at your Get To Know You and your Booking appointments, if your venue applies and will give you a formal estimate.
