The Partial Planning Package. 23.75 Hours of Planning Meetings & 8 Hours of Day of Coordination on the Day of the Event.

1- 90 minute Booking Meeting to get to know you both & your event. 

1- 90 minute Final Stretch Check In- 6 weeks prior to event.

Up to 16 - 1 Hour Meetings, during the Planning Process.

4- 1 Hour Weekly Check ins, one per week, 4 weeks prior to event.

Rental consultation & Tablescape Mockup, at the selected rentals company showroom.

Venue Walkthrough of Top 2 Locations.

Timeline, Contacts ie. Vendors page, Budget, Floorplans, Notes, 

Wedding Website and Wedding Info Page.  

Initial Zoom Walkthrough of how to with software. Full planning software included.

1 Hour pre event, supervision of set up team and final checks.

The Full Planning Package. 41.75 Hours of Planning Meetings & 10 Hours of Day of Coordination on the Day of the Event. 

This Package Minimum Investment is $5500, or 15% of the Overall Budget- whichever is higher.

Two team members. This is only an option for events with an additionally hired, professional vendor team for set up and/or tear down. This option cannot be utilized with non-professionals. Minimum allowed set up time allotted is 3 Hours Prior to an Event Start. If non-professionals are chosen by the Purchaser/s to be utilized, this option reverts to a Level I Supervision. Doesn't include cleaning or moving chairs/ tables to and from separate locations.
