Rhiannon & John from 413 Events were worth triple what they charged us! They were by far our favorite vendors and we are so lucky to have had them. Not only were they extremely professional and timely with communication the entire process of planning our wedding (which can’t be said about all the vendors we chose) but they were also so kind, warm, thoughtful and supportive. They went out of their way to source decor for us when we mentioned we had a limited budget and surprised us by decorating our reception space. Although the venue we chose was a hot mess from start to finish, Rhiannon and John worked so hard together to make sure we had pockets of happiness on our wedding day and for that we are so appreciative. We couldn’t have done it without them and their positive attitudes and attention to detail. We could sing of their praises forever honestly. They made our day so special and what sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about their clients. We are happy to have met them and gained 2 new friends.

Rhiannon and John were amazing. We hired them for day of services and they helped us have an incredible day. Rhiannon and John were such a highlight of wedding planning/DOC. I had no clue what it was going to take to put it all together and Rhiannon guided me in every step along the way. It was money so well spent because it allowed me the ability to know someone (who wasn’t me!) could/would handle all of the weird details the day of, and had thought of just about everything prior to then. It was such a relief, John and Talya were so great on the day of helping with all of the details - that is one truly great team! Super happy with how it all ended up, and would recommend!

Words can't describe the joy that fills us just thinking about how wonderful Rhiannon and John are! They went above and beyond expectations for us. They truly felt like family when our wedding day came along. They treated our family and friends with respect. They couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved Rhiannon and John!
We hired them to be our day of coordinator. We met three times prior to our wedding (technically four if you include our consultation). Rhiannon contacted all the vendors on my behalf prior to the wedding to make sure they have a timeline as well as our last-minute change to an indoor wedding due to weather. Our wedding ran so smoothly! We can say for a fact it wouldn't have gone remotely smooth without them! We highly recommend 413 Events.

My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding is to hire 413 Events. They will save you time, they will save you money, and they will make your day as easy as possible.
From the first day we met them (by lucky chance at the Seattle Wedding Expo!), they impressed us with their ability to answer every question and concern we had (and we had a lot!), making the entire planning process feel supportive and easy. On top of their day-of coordination responsibilities, they also helped us with our vendors -- even going to so far as saving the day by helping us fill a last-minute DJ spot! They were always available to bounce ideas and concerns off of and their attention to detail ended up saving us a ton of money, when they reviewed another vendor's quote. I think in the end, they saved us more money than they cost us. Thanks to their hard work we were able to relax and, more importantly, enjoy our wedding day stress-free. I honestly can’t imagine what our wedding would have looked like without their help. We are endlessly grateful for 413 Events for helping make our wedding day unforgettable!

I had hired Rhiannon and Bridget at 413 Events after going back and forth with the uncertainty of “do I even need a wedding coordinator?”. And despite that uncertainty, I am beyond glad that I hired Rhiannon and Bridget as my day-of coordinators for my wedding. They handled so many tasks before and during the entirety of the wedding that I would not have been able to tackle on my own. Although Bridget was on a family leave at the time of my wedding, she was still responsive and present in assisting where she could. At my wedding, Rhiannon’s husband, who has also previously assisted, helped her in the coordination of our wedding on the day of and they did a fantastic job! The entire team went above and beyond for us and we appreciate all that they supported us with on the wedding day! Communication is clear and they were quick to respond to all questions we had. I would definitely recommend hiring Rhiannon and Bridget and will be recommending their services to any future couples that I know.

I was blown away with the 413 Events team. We were both hired last minute by a client to cover a huge event (I was hired for film) and I couldn't have done it without the 413 events team. They came beyond prepared despite the little time to acquire all the details and made sure I had all the information I needed to be most valuable for the client. The event involved hundreds of people, outfits changes, multiple vendors and the 413 team handled it so well and rolled well with all the punches in order to make the almost 8 hour event run smoothly. I look forward to working with the 413 Events team again!

I had planned out our wedding 3 times in 2 years, so by the 3rd time, I was ready to rock and roll and didn't think I needed a planner. 2 days before the event, I felt I deserved to not have to worry about anything and luckily, 413 was available to coordinate our special day! Over the course of 2 phone calls and less then 48 hours, we had nailed down everything and Rhiannon and Bridget executed it perfectly! From the moment I stepped into our venue (after the first initial 15 minutes of OCD), until we signed off, 413 was there the whole time: communicating with vendors, guests, and trying to wrangle us to keep on track! I'm so glad we found Rhiannon, she definitely is the best!

I am a photographer and I work closely with wedding planners / coordinators very often and I can honestly say 413 events is incredible. Bridget and Rhiannon were on top of everything every step of the way. Not only did they have the most detailed timeline I have ever seen but it was prepared well ahead of the wedding. Some planners get them to me the day before or even the day of. I received a phone call as my first introduction and we talked for almost an hour brainstorming how we can make the day flow smoothly and create opportunities for the best photos. She got input from met about how much time I would need to meet the couples photography requests and when they best time would be for their golden hour photos. Furthermore, they connected all the vendors ahead of time so that when the day came we knew who would would be working with. After the wedding another email went out so we could exchange contact information and social media accounts with the vendors. This just shows how much they care about building lasting relationships with others. The day of, they were so helpful and set up the decor absolutely beautifully. When I arrived they even had me add them as an Apple Watch friend so they could walkie talkie me which is a feature I had never used. They are well worth the investment because they put their whole hearts into this. I can’t wait to work with them again.
