Day of Coordination - Starts at $810.00


  • 1 - 30 min Get To Know You Zoom Meeting 
  • 1 - 1 hr Timeline Creation/ Contract Signing Zoom Meeting 
  • Last Minute Vendor Recommendations
  • Vendor Contact Email w/ Timeline, scheduled reminder email of final timeline (included)
  • Travel to your venue, up to 60 minute drive from Renton, WA
  • Access to a Fully Stocked Emergency Kit
  • VIP Family & Wedding Party Management  
  • Vendor Timeline Management during Event Coordination time 
  • Assist with Wedding Party Florals- pinning boutonnieres, handing off bouquets
  • Pre-Ceremony Line Up
  • 4 hours, Day of, Event Coordination

  • Ceremony/ Reception Layout Design, 1 Hour $125
  • Seating Chart Design, 1 Hour, $125 
  • Last Minute Planning Help, 30 minute, $75

  • Event Decor Tear Down/Rental Gathering/Breaking Down Specialty Tables $100
