Decor Set Up & Tear Down Supervision-

+ Correct Placement of Rentals & Decor 

+ Supervise your pre-picked team of 2-3 people while they set up/tear down of one of the best moments of your whole life

+ Handing out final gratuities or payments, if needed.

Clean Up-

+ Supervision of planned cleaning crew of family members or friends.

+ Rentals/Decor Gathering to one of your vehicles for drop off or pickup by any vendors.

We will gladly help you and your lobster, hold claws forever, but first- we have to get that Yes! Your 413 Events Team will be there to help you set up for the most memorable moment of your lives together. If you are ready to ask that special question, we will be there to style every second of perfection, for you. 

In Addition to the "Hold My Claws":

+ Vendor Management- Arrivals/Departures  

+ Directing the Vendors - parking, unloading, etc.

+ Handling Any Deliveries/Drop offs

"I'll Be There For You" Planning Hours- $150 hourly

If you are "stuck in second gear" and need some more creativity, we will be there. From the chosen site where you get down on one knee to a hot air balloon ride at sunset afterwards, we'll be there for all your needs.
