Investment Starts at $125.00/hr, minimum 4 hours per event. 

 All Packages Include:

   -Prior To Event-

• (1) Complimentary 30 min Zoom Call for Getting to Know Your Event.
• (1) 60 min Zoom Call for Contract Signing, Timeline production, etc.
• Creating your Vendor Management Game Plan for the Day Of. This includes: a vendor master list- complete with contact info and arrival /departure times, etc.
• Timeline- a full and extremely detailed timeline from the moment you wake til you leave that night.
• Drafting a list of approved "entrance allowed" to getting ready suites

-Day of Event-

• Travel to your venue, up to 60 minute drive from Renton, WA
• At least 4 Hours, Day Of Event- with arrival up to 2 hours prior to event start. This is up to 2 Hours During Set Up Time to Coordinate anything on this list, prior to event and 2 Hours of active event time. Recommend at least 6 hours for large scale events.
• Access to a fully stocked "Emergency Kit" with all the essentials.
• VIP Family & Party Management
• Vendor Management- greet arrivals, "directing traffic" assisting vendors where to park or unload, set up, etc.
• Organize, Direct and Assist Your Chosen Set Up Team. 413 Events Staff is NOT your setup team unless you have purchased that service additionally.
• Handling deliveries that arrive during our coordination package time, "heaven forbid" no shows, and other general problems that may arise.
• "VIP Bodyguard"- making sure your privacy is respected at any private times you designate (eg. getting ready, photography, meal, etc.)
• Ensuring your chosen teams of family and friends are supervised and in place for any of their assigned tasks, ie. ceremony to dinner, room flip and re-staging of decor.
• Pin on boutonnières, assist with any Florals.
• Pre-Ceremony Line Up, if necessary.
• Rental Gathering to one table for your assigned tear down team. 413 Events Staff is NOT your tear down team unless you have purchased that service additionally, or it is included in your service package.
• Handing out final gratuities, payments, and/or thank you cards near end of the event. Organize guests for Grand Exit.
  

THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Any setup, tear down, CLEANING, tidying, child supervision, or Day of Event Services. I may purchase Set Up & Tear Down from 413 Events for an additional cost mentioned above.
